Skills Upgrading Centre, Literacy Council York-Simcoe announces a new look.
We continue with the same trusted name and proven successful programs and services. The refreshed and vibrant new look includes a new logo, website and print materials to better reflect the diversity of high quality programs and services we offer to our clients and the community.
On Wednesday June 13, 2018, we revealed the new look to our membership, volunteers and students at our Annual General Meeting and Celebration Event.

Skills Upgrading Centre, Literacy Council York-Simcoe provides customized training programs to assist adults in York-Simcoe in improving their employment prospects, preparing for a higher education, and building the confidence they need to get the most out of life. The programs include reading, writing and mathematics skills upgrading and computer and employability soft skills training.
