Skills Upgrading Centre’s training programs are completely customized to your current skill level and education goals. Our versatility allows for one-to-one tutoring, small class instruction or computer-assisted learning so that you can learn at your own pace. We’re by your side every step of the way to guide you towards success.

All of our programs are funded through community and government agencies, fundraising and private donors, so our training comes at no cost to you, depending on your eligibility. Improve employment prospects, prepare for a higher education, and acquire the skills for a successful future.

Trained educators will design an individualized program for you that will build your skills so you can carry out important day-to-day tasks, apply for post-secondary education, or gain skills for employment.

PREPARE FOR THE CAEC
Prepare for the Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) with our in-person and online classes. The CAEC is for adults who do not have a high school diploma but need and education credential to open new doors to educations, training or employment opportunities. As with the GED, Ontario candidates who successfully complete the CAEC will get an Ontario High School Equivalency Certificate.
COMPUTER TRAINING
The computer training programs help build fundamental computer skills, regardless of your current level. Take the mystery out of using a computer with today’s most commonly used software.
